Family is addressed as it ssems to be the most difficult relationship to see clearly. Our questionable relationships do no go to waste, the best solution to preserving them and honoring yourself is to take time away from them and come back once you have made your shift. COming back confident with new insights will allow you to be a better friend, spouse or family member.
