This is Addison after she finds out Derek slept with Meredith. Even though he tries to apologize, she realizes how fake and pathetic he is and how he isn't the person she thought she was in love with. She realizes that he really isn't the good guy she thought he was. And while he's trying to apologizes she looks back on his and Meredith's behavior and realizes that he was lying the entire time.
