The movie industry owes HG. Lewis a signifigently huge debt for what he did with this film. It could be compared to the Beatles influence on rock n roll or better yet the first real "punk "" flavoured anything hitting the earth like a comet. Halloween, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Friday The 13th, the subsequent slasher/splatter boom of the 80s, Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez, Rob Zombie, Eli Roth, and the later torture porn gore of 2000s horror can all be traced back to this film.

These movies were ones I had completely discovered on my own no stores had them no friends had them I gotta say being bold and stepping out of the box and follow the trail of blood got me to these treasures

i really find these old movies with bad acting and bad camera effects more terryfying. i mean, they act so natural, the blood is SO RED, and that stupid songs that they put, i think they are better than the nowadays ones.
