The reason it looks fake is because you can barely see the ball when it gets to the goal. This creates the illusion that its hitting the crossbar. BUT!! there is actually a bounce back thing across the whole goal mouth. Soooo.... all you really hav 2 do is kick the ball real close to the crossbar, zoom out the camera, and there you go! Its not entirely fake.

Of course it is fake, if he was THAT accurate and THAT precise, he would score on basically every shot that made it on goal. Sure he's good, but precision like that would be unstoppable, he would never miss.
