That's not racist; he just happens to be speaking at a light years pace with nary a breath in between each word, stringing his sentences together in a difficult-to-understand speech pattern (I'm sure it's supposed to be funny, but it's more overwhelmingly difficult to understand than anything). Btw, I never did say anything about his English accent in the first place.
