@blarg222224 Of course they get the game because it's fun but when you get on multiplayer its no fun if you suck is it? Thats why getting better and increasing your skills is fun because you don't get your ass handed to you near as much. All aim assist does is take the people who have no skill and little kids and giving them all the help they can so that unskilled retards DON'T get pushed out of the FPS genre which SUCKS.
nobody said you didn't like consoles i just said go buy yorself a PC. Also, you may think getting better at games is the fun part, but many more people will say they like games because of how awesome it is.
Example:"hey dad/mom will you buy me this game so i can master/get better skills on video games?"
No kids don't say that... they say this:
"DAD/MOM I SAW THIS AWESOME LOOKING GAME. IT LOOKS LIKE THE FUNNEST GAME EVER!!!!"
@blarg222224 Who said I didn't like consoles? I love consoles way more than PC but I do get envious of some of their exclusives and PS3 exclusives. Thats the fun though getting better at the games and yeah you don't notice the aim assist in some games but in games like Halo and COD aim assist is straight in your face. Ever noticed how hard it is to kill you team mates in Halo compared to enemies yeah there is a reason.
The whole point of FPS games is NOT to increase your accuracy. The point is to have fun. I didn't buy Halo Reach just to increase my video game shooting skills. Anyways, most people don't even notice the aim assist. IF you do care about your skills more than having fun go ahead and spend $500+ on a gaming PC. i will keep my "well worth it" Xbox. :D
@blarg222224 We care because the whole point of FPS's is that you play and play to get accurate but if the game is holding your hand the whole time to make the shot then whats the point. Also people don't like the feeling that the only reason why they got that kill was the game made it easier on them, like me.
I have Auto-Aim but this video is about aim assist, it's only there because loads of people suck at this game and waste 20 clips trying to kill one common infected, so they had to do this to make it easier, also try it on Expert Realism and tell me if aim assist is there then, thanks.
@jkessler410 Halo does have aim assist, in fact it was one of the first fps console games to incorporate the methods of aim assist that games use today.
To prove the doubters wrong you should upload a video or add a section to this video where you play on the PC with a mouse on the same map attempting to kill zombies in the same way you did in this video. I would have killed the other survivors too.
does pc version with xbox 360 controller support aim assist?

@J3rEmY17 Aim assist helps us by slowing down on the enemy right?... it doesn't mean a retard / little kid can beat me in a headshot contest.
the only reason I would be mad about aim assist is because Call of Duty hardcore mode exist.... you get shot in the foot and you die...WTF
besides that aim assist doesnt bother me because skill does play in still and the retards and little kids have time to become skilled players.
