Yes, just a touch too fast.

The cardboard records are cool, intended to be played only a few times but to this day work fine.

I had this player - now I have the one with no radio - I also have the cereal box records. Very solid and trustworthy player. I have extra idler wheels.

For "I want you back," the pitch is slightly too high.

This can be due to residue build up on the motor shaft for the idler. Cleaning off this residue may restore correct rotational speed and, thus, correct pitch.

Otherwise, a beautiful portable phonograph in excellent condition.
