@thefirststar22 I thought that it is because they need to turn all the light off during WoC and you can't operate rides in the dark.

@beamersan Yeah, that's what I always thought. I even told the CM, "It's cuz it's too distracting, right?" and that's when he told me about people getting burned haha. I don't know, I don't really believe the guy. Unless there's some law stating that you have to keep people 100 feet away from fire, or something. Of course. X at six flags would totally violate that law.

@thefirststar22 Hahaha, that's pretty funny, but not true. Coaster is too noisy visually and with people screaming :-)

@AwesomeYourNot Actually, TSM is the only ride open open during World of Color. And it's not only the fire, but the water level of the fountains, too. I saw the fountains get about 5 - 10 feet from the Cali Screamin' track.

@ChunhonYau LOL ikr im tired of him Im fine if they even played radio disney channel music like jonas brothers or hannah montana but bieber is ew.....
i find it weird they played that ludacris song at a kids park O_O and lame they played that live your life song when its so old
woulda been epic if they played the dj earworm 2010 mashup i woulda made a better dj lol

Looks like DCA is starting to be a hot spot for New Years Eve than it was in the past with the new world of color and more fireworks :)
i was wondering is new years the only time california adventure ever has fireworks
