I thought I would show off my sticks at the end there, the first colorful one is my newest.. And as of this moment my favorite ^.^

OMG! Thanks! that's exactly how my grandma used to wear her hair when I was a little girl. I always wished I would have paid attention and I've been trying to figure it out for years! Aw, you brought me to tears... esp w/ that music, omg... Good tears though. bless you bless you bless you I could hug you!

Omg I'm doing a play and they did our hair like that for all the rehearsals but then expected us to do it ourselves for the performance.... I was freaking out but this really helped me thank you!!! Btw love the song!! (:

how did u tuck it in???just into the bun of do u need hair grips??

I tuck it into the bun.. You can put a second stick through and use that to hold the braids if they fall out, but usually mine stay if the bun is tight
