Samba de Amigo LoveLove Perfect gameplay

I wanted to do a Samba de Amigo for the Wii gameplay vid, so I hooked up the DVD recorder and the camcorder to record both the on-screen action and my physical gameplay with the maracas. Without even trying, I got perfect at normal difficulty on all 3 songs unlocking the Wedding March. I played Cha Cha and Bamboleo which allowed me to advance to the special round.

Does these Maraca controllers improve the gameplay than normal Wii remotes or are these more for show?

And what type of Maraca-styled controllers are they called?

@OMGItzMaku We had the "Game On" brand maracas shells that fit over the Wii remotes. They helped you to know when the controllers are level, but they reduced the "up/down" range of the remote because of the way they were shaped.

I gotta give respect for the fact that you can actually stomach this trashy bastardization of Samba De Amigo, and play it well...but I can't help but point out how bored you look while playing it.

Yeah, and they worked 100000 times better than the Wii remotes. You get what you pay for. They really should have just released special maraca controllers with this and it could have been epic.
