In this country, the United States, I don't trust how politicians are bought by private interests who hold a great deal of capital. It has a 3% overhead instead of the at least 30% that the private sector has that is transparent and accountable to the public. The money premiums of the young and healthy will be invested into their elderly years that require more medical care instead of into Wall Street and the banks via the health insurance cartel.
