Windsurfers need the wind in their sails to help them balance... so it's not really his fault that he fell in the water. What do you expect? There was no wind at all. Just come back another day when there's some decent wind... tilt that Rig forward, and to windward, lean back, and sheet in that sail... then he'd be cruising across the water having the time of his life!
