UFO halo appears in Romanian sky 27th Oct 2009

A flying saucer-shaped cloud has been spotted in the skies above Romania.

People who filmed the phenomenon say viewed from a distance, and outlined by a ring of sunlight, the cloud looks like an alien aircraft.

Guys, its probably Russia's program. They have had this stuff since the 70's and the world's nations have been spraying Chemtrails for over 20 years so that they can use it. USA is actually behind in the game when it comes to this technology. They're attacking us with hurricanes. Wonder why Katrina and Ivan both sound Russian?
