FALLOUT: NEW VEGAS review

Fallout New Vegas is very similar to Fallout 3 in many respects except that it takes place in the Western United States in and around Las Vegas which is now called New Vegas. All new enemies and crazy characters await like the Legion, Caesar, The New California Republic and Mr. House. Why was your character shot and buried alive only to be dug up by a robot? How many fun things can you do with a flamethrower in New Vegas? (lots) Fans of Fallout will most likely enjoy Fallout New Vegas gameplay but don't expect anything drastically different from Fallout 3. Wandering deserts, burned out buildings and dark spaces while shooting enemies with an awesome array of weapons is par for the course. New Vegas actually has a good story, characters, dialogue, and etc, unlike Fo3 which was incredibly dull.

I enjoyed Fallout 3 but hated this

The Fallout series is always so arduous to judge because I enjoyed both equally. New Vegas in my opinion was not as well put together as FO3, story wise. The big improvement of this game was the scenery, granted they both use the same engine but I believe the area New Vegas takes place in complements well with the engine they used. All and all New Vegas is a welcome addition to the Fallout Series so if your still thinking about buying this, just leave all your doubts behind and go for it.

i love all of the the next gen fallout games fallout 3 just seemed a little more stable than new vegas but that is why i loved new vegas because it was BOOTLEG as hell!

Reasons this game is better than Fallout New Vegas

- More endings so more replayability

- More interesting factions

- The game's alot more colourful

- Hardcare mode

- Weapon modding

- Companions have better backstories

- The new speech system

- Big guns and small guns evolve into one skill

Anything else I'm missing?
