I am from Venezuela, I am sure that there aren´t nuclear weapons in my Country, My country still is a democratic system open, there are a lot of american economic investments, even oil companies. I think Chávez is moving to Venezuela from american orbit to russian orbit, and this "moving"requires to assume own military defense.
