One sure way to set up regulations that count is to get Congress involved and that seems to be exactly what is going on right now. In the meantime, you may want to stay away from bottled water as there seems to be more and more coming out about the harmful effects it may have on your body. Each week more studies are being conducted and more reports are being published. Now the reports are getting so alarming that the men and women in Washington are getting involved. Until the day you can get a guaranteed safe bottle of water to drink you either need to stick to tap water (YUCK) or get an Ionizer and make whatever water source you have a safe a tasty one that produces oodles of alkaline water.
