Ocampo starts Kenya violence trial

Hague: ICC chief prosecutor Moreno Ocampo announced that he is proceeding with his own investigations on the violence that rocked Kenya after the 2007 election. Ocampo just one step away from starting formal investigations in Kenya. The ICC chief prosecutor formally sought permission from ICC judges to begin the probe into the post election violence. And as Joe Ageyo reports, Ocampo says he will not be bound by the contents of the much talked about waki envelope.
