What does it say about the new Democratic nominee that already 3 of the top candidates for his running mate have turned the job down before they were even asked? Strickland, Warner and Rendell want nothing to do with Obama. How many more prominent Dems will run like thieves away from Obama? They know that it's political suicide to be with Obama. How's that for party unity?

Rendell has his commitment to PA until 2011. When that's done you can expect to see him in the running for the 2012 Democratic nomination.
