BP: Multiple Companies Contributed to Gulf Spill

BP has released its internal report on what triggered the Gulf oil spill. The oil giant takes some of the blame, acknowledging that it misinterpreted a key pressure test of the well. But it also faults its partners in the project. (Sept. 8)
