This was the first trick i found... There are way better areas to do this later on. I just got excited at the time and decided to post the video. Chapter 9, 11 and 13 are the good areas to farm CP and money

@DismantledChaos all if not most marks are available in chapter 11 , but most strategy guides say it would be easier to return and do them after you have unlocked the final installment to the crytarium......so ??//

@brunojam1 trapezohedron only sells for 10,000 gil so don't get peoples hopes up. And you never ever never get a gold nugget from an Adamantortoise or Adamantoise or Long Gui. You only get gold nuggets from the females of that species which you don't need to use the death trick at all with.

Also, all the marks are not available to you in chapter 11. Some are specifically post-game, sorry to burst your bubble.

just man up and fight adamantortoise, cast death with Vanille on mark mission 63 (Crushed By doubt") normal drop 25% Platinum ingot = 150,000 gil rare drop trapezohedron = 2,000,000 gil plus you get a gold nugget =60,000 gil 100% of the time

dont bs about "awww im not strong enough ...." i havent left chapter 11 because i want to beat all the mark missions and so far i only need three more .... if you beat the game you should have no trouble
