  • Hey man, don't listen to all the bs expert musical interpreters that have probably never made a recorded stage performance in their life. Why are so many pianists such egomaniacs? For what it's worth, I think you're performance was really amazing, clear, and powerful, and I hope to be as good as you someday.

  • @ibechane I appreciate your comment! thank you!

  • No no no no no no. Beginning and end acceptable. What the F was up with the ridiculous nuance mid-stream? So much beauty was lost while he was trying to apparently make a point. I know, I played the thing. If you want proof I'll get it for you.

  • I love your interpretation! It so deep and beautiful. I even got goose-flesh...

  • Thank you very much!

  • ...и на речном, и на морском песке...

  • To all of you absolute tossers who are going on about this guy's technique: Samuel Barber's pieces are supposed to sound like this - distressed, dramatic, moving, emotional, unusual. And as a pianist myself, surely playing the piano is all about interpretation? What would be the point of learning how to play if we all played each piece exactly the same? Arsenti brings to the piece raw emotion and creativity...

  • For you commentators who have negative things to say, I think you're missing the

point of the performance and the nature of music itself...suggest you all get a better attitude and stop the "dissing" This guy is magnificent, poetic with great technique that you probably wish you had. Why don't you have the guts post your own 3rd rate amateur performances. Peace and Love to All. julian

  • Too many fucked up notes. They really detract.

  • That was just RIDDLED with mistakes.

  • bravo arsentiy! incredible work!

  • Bravo!

  • Lost all meaning, sorry, B would say he's just pounding... does he believe it?, then, I stand corrected...
