@MixedUpMeows i think most people who paid are more pissed off because they only got a shitty hat, i think we propably should have got something more substancial, but yea i agree there are more players and now almost all my gaming friends can play with me

Most F2P games are worthless, But TF2 managed pretty good.

I got TF2 when it became F2P. I copped so much shit for it, wearing my Ghastly Gibus and trying to learn how to play. I just ignored the angry little nerds and their squeaky raging over the mic and played. Now I'm usually in the top 3 if not the MVP. If you don't like your games changing then go play dreamcast, I'm pretty sure they stopped updating their content.

F2P as been fairly useful and honestly does not bother me at all. It really gave the Australian community a bit more variety and a few extra players. It was only bad when it first became F2P since a lot of 'new' players came in but there already were a bunch of assholes and kids playing even before they introduced F2P so it really has not changed.
Now I've been able to get my friends to play it since they can get it for free.
