Wow, I have noticed that when I do not eat for 4 or 5 hours I am not as stiff and I move a little bit better, whenever I eat I am usually much worse. I have also noticed and this is just in the last 4 or 5 days I have been having green tea after dinner and after I drink the tea I am much stiffer and can hardly move. I wish this made sense but it doesnt. I wish I could find something that could repair mylein, improve nerve conduction and balance issues.

I've been researching diet intensively for 4 years now due to the need to help my daughter. You can not cheat on a diet like this when you are sick. You need to follow with "Fanatical Adherence" as Elaine Gotschall teaches in the book 'Breaking the Viscous Cycle'. Although the diet used to cure Crohn's was slightly different much of the science is the same. I think you would find the "science behind the diet" in the Pecanbread website very interesting. Explains Leaky Gut so simply!

Have you Googled "Dr. McDougall's Diet and Muscular Sclerosis?" I heard information in there that may explain your feelings after eating. Maybe after watching this you would will have more will power when it comes to pizza, hotdogs or pretzels again. lol! I'm healing my 12 yr old daughter who had "uncureable" Crohn's through diet. Certain foods will hurt her as in the past but she knows like all six in our family not to eat them. As you'll see- autoimmune diseases are all from the same causes.

Joey, Love the progress you are making! You know I've followed your video's from the beginning but seeing you actually walking was surreal! Keep on going Joe...Miracles happen everyday and they are happening to you my brother! BTW, Annamae is so cute, as I listened to you, I couldn't help watching her, and as I was sitting on the edge of my seat there were a few times I thought the tree and her were gonna topple....so glad they didn't! But, it's funny from where I'm sittin!! Love you Joe!

Joe, hope all is well and happy holidays.
I've been on a g-free diet for about a week. Already seeing differences but I was wondering if you've had any MRI's since you've began the diet and if so, has there been any significant changes in the scans?

Thanks for posting this video. I find the less I eat the better I feel, mobility wise. You're daughter is adorable. Have a great holiday !

Exactly how much data have you collected concerning your food consumption thus far?
You might want to consider having it compiled into a database for the purpose of drawing statistics and making electronic entries. If there's enough data over time, I'm sure other people will find this to be interesting and useful if made public!
DarylAnthony1 >>> no MRIs since starting the program, though I am curious as well. I am going to hold off until the 1 year mark, unless my Neurologist sees a reason to scan sooner. Glad to hear you're seeing some improvement.
