Men Are People Too

Men are people too. Due to the rigid male sex role of "provide and protect" and the cultural response to this role seeing men as disposable, men's needs and vulnerabilities have been ignored and downplayed. Men have been "ground down" by dying in wars, taking dangerous jobs, being separated from their children and families, and many other ways this little video highlights.

@rainbowbrainhead Where there is western culture there is male disposability and gynocentrism. Can you show me a western country where it is the women who are dying in wars or working to support the men while the men get special protections? I think your comment says more for your own internal rationalization about the hatred of boys and men in the west then it says about reality. You don't seem to have much compassion for men and boys.

@1menaregood1 Also, just for the record, there ARE indeed women who are dying in the war but I guess not enough to suit some people. As a matter of fact, there are a LOT of men who don't want women in the military fighting combat due to their size and inability to 'carry their weight'. You implied in your vid you care about the family? Well why are you discrediting women and children in my reply when I said that men and women both were considered disposable depending upon where they live then?

Also, I really have no control over my government to have them 'change the rules' about who goes to war. Will sending women off to die make you feel better? To me that shows your lack of compassion for the other half of the world. I'm anti-war but I can't change the phallic religions that deem it necessary to kill other people in the name of it can I?

@Brit050789 You needed men to create artificial sperm. Are females arrogant enough to believe that men can be replaced and not they? These things may not even be being developed for the reasons we think. Could be the beginning of the terminator. Of course, then men will be blamed for developing this technology but women supported it too when they thought it would benefit them. Also, if you use artificial sperm you can use artificial taxes to pay for your children too. Evil cunts.
