To elaborate, I've seen this kind of "training" before, and it doesn't work outside of specific contexts. The kid's a sweetie, but she's not going to understand the emotions of others based on rote memorization when life's events are unpredictable outside of a doctor's office like this.

I can't tell what faces the blonde guy is making, either. (His hairstyle is in the way, ha!) The little girl isn't learning facial expressions. She's just repeating.
