Vacation in Basel Switzerland

Andreas and I took a trip to Basel, and the resulting video turned out completely random. There's no footage of the nocturnal, drunken revelry, or the meals, and so many other things we did and saw. Maybe it's for the best. Who wants to see a drunk couple stumbling around or me obsessing over every exotic item in the grocery store? Actually, that might have been cool...

I think Roger Federer is from Basel, or at least he grew up there- and he speaks a swiss dialect of German- did you bump into him Jay?

BTW, You and Andreas are such a great couple. He has a very Clark Kent-like look about him with those glasses. He doesn't happen to be a superhero in his free time, does he?

Ive been to Basel quiet a few time over the years and I find to to be a very beautiful laid back city I like going back to. Only thing is I absolutely cannot stand the dialect there as with most places in Switzerland. I am from Saarland where hochdeutsche is spoken and I understand it, but since I moved to Niedersachsen over 20 years ago I cannot stand to listen to it lol.
