That Australian question intonation at the end of a sentence? It's really annoying? And makes you sound like you don't know what you're talking about?

@nascentmoon ^^^^ I suggest NOT cooking it, but instead learning how to make dehydrated/raw foods with it. Adding the heat basically means you're going 1 step forward (sprouting) but 2 steps back (cooking).. unless you keep the heat very low and only use heat for a short time..

yeah it works just takes a little longer less processing involved which is better. Only have grains 1-2 days a week now. When prepared correctly grains can be nutritious but beware not to over do them.
