Another great comfort food. In this recipe I used thawed frozen bread rolls. There are many different types of dumplings you can use. Use your favorite homemade recipe or use canned biscuits!

Well, if ever you do make some, don't knead your dumplings—if you do, it'll make the gluten chain together, and the dumplings will be chewy—just stir the batter so little as may be possible, leaving the dumplings to cook up and be fluffy, like clouds, . . . and like clouds, of irregular shapes, just dollops of dough, gently eased into the boiling broth. These pictured here, are quite edible sure, but with the same ingredients, you can have gourmet
