My new FiiO E10 USB-DAC causes instant blue screen of death BSOD in Windows 7 64bit SP1. The ONLY ONE setting that works is 16bit 44100Hz.

I have tested other sw players (foobar2000, JRiver Media Center even with ASIO4ALL 2.1) but every time with the same result.

Can anybody help ?

  • @someone632 Still no solution. Sorry.

  • I'm having the same problem. Have you found a solution yet?

  • @systempunk2 I have tested every single possible combination (including 24bit 96kHz) and everytime with BSOD. The only working settings is 16bit 44,1kHz.

  • I read that you need to put it in 24 bit 96000hz or else it won't work. I'm getting mine any day now so I can't help otherwise but that's what I saw on head-fi.com
