  • Yeah, it's a lot better than beef galbi, more tender and juicy.

  • what's the name of the paste?.. looks really great... can't wait

  • Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons . com w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)

  • so your grandma married to a american man>

  • Not to be a hater but what's up with the chinese music? That's like playing honkey tonk music while making a video on how to steam maine lobsters or a video on making mexican mole chicken or something! -_- the kalbi looks delicious though...

  • I think the phonetics should be used better. Like Taeji kalbi gui. Pig ribs fire :D

  • "Wiseman say: Glad bag make Korean cooking Convenient!" Indeed especially for marinating.

  • I cook the same way. without measuring things. I kinda just add things. Love this dish and bulgogi. Can your father make bi bim bap? More importantly kimchee?

  • :D i like that your dad is a clean cook. :) those ziploc baggies are quite useful indeed! :)

i would like to know what the ingredients were, too, if you don't mind. maybe a good idea would be to put a list of ingredients before the video, like maangchi does. :) and since it can get noisy, maybe some subtitle in the noisy parts. the food looks delicious, though!!! your dad seems like a great cook! :D

  • can you outline the ingredient as some of the things you kind of went quickly. But it was great! Good to see men cooking!
