very well done. Tatsuo is the Master of Wado. The only registered 8th Dan in the world. You get these European idiots at 10th Dan, but that is just Bull****... he is the one and only master. He was awarded 9th Dan, but denied it. He said he would only be graded by his master, who had died previously.

@Tally1992 So true! But we have Sensei Jon Wicks with 8. Dan too now. Don't know when he got that Dan but he's the World Chief Instructor of Wado Kokusai :D Just trained with him last weekend when he was on Gasshuku in Norway ;)

@Tally1992 Master Suzuki is amazing and is indeed one of the great Wado instructors; however there are many "registered" or legitimate 8th dans and quite a few 9th dans in Wado Ryu. In fact, there are 8th dans in his own organization.

@Tally1992 i first saw tatsuo suzuki in 1969/70 in bristol england,he was giving clases at the dockland settlement on city road st pauls,i did wado for a while got to green belt but joined the army so i got no further,i didnt take it up again when i left military..[fred kerr]was my censi..sorry about spelling
