well aren't I the little video whore this week. Yea, once cincydogsrule mentioned how she wanted to see more vids of ruiz, i realized it had been a few months since i let his fans know what he was up to. so here it is, a little back yard jam. my yard is small and space is limited. I hope to get out to the park soon where we really tear it up some days. but in this video i was mainly focusing on his tricks that i would eventually like to make a routine out of. since he cant vault at all yet for several more months, it really forced me to get creative with certain moves. I thought it would be wicked to get him to do a bunch of difficult moves at a distance ie: hopping, backing up, hopping backwards and crawling, although his crawling looks dopey in this vid ;). im done rambling. hes sexy no matter what and i love the crap out of him, hes a sweetie :)
10 months old. music by:

  • dam that is a cool heeler i have a blue heeler but he is a little smaller

  • he looks like an amazing fellow I am hoping to do disc stuff with my ACD when she is older

  • Wow Sam, he has come a long way! Awesome pup awesome job, welcome back ;-)

  • That's awesome! Love the dancing dog & the balancing on human foot! :)

  • Really enjoyed the vid awesome training awesome dog!

  • awesome work!!! These dogs are bred to work hard and play hard. he is doing what comes natural..one single ACD can take on a full size bull. now thats POWER!!

  • I guess it's clear where you stand.

  • if he can do it at the park, running with my other dogs, there isnt any realistic reason he cant do it while playing with other toys in the yard. so yea, ruiz has yet to work himself to death to the point where hes dying, cant get up, is suffering from heat exhaustion and has to be rushed from the vet. like dyna and freak...hes fine.
