  • i think getting ur kidds to exercise is pretty sick. they should be active, but not exercising...

  • We don't think you should force your kids to hit the treadmill for 30 minutes, lol. we just want parents to encourage active activities. I loved playing kick the can as a kid and never thought of it once as exercise but I was sprinting around my house non stop for 2 hours having a blast!

  • Wow Sarah nice shorts!

  • Hello! We have a generation of fat kids, yes they need to exercise! I highly doubt that the kids would even think this was exercise. They most likely would think they are fun games. An added bonus they get to play with mom and dad. What kid doesnt want attention from their parents?

  • @diethealth your saying i should not go on the treadmill i am 13

  • @s3pt3mb3r1 this is not a well thought out statement. Sure, its great to feel comfortable with your body but people need to consider the very REAL adverse health consequences of being overweight and obese. Really, do you want your fat child to have to learn at the age of 8 how to deliver insulin shots into their gut? I would never wish that pain on my child. Its proven science that fat people are sick people and they suffer physically and emotionally no matter what we all want to think...

  • I remember when I was only 11 or 12, and I ran 1 or 2 miles everyday...in a disciplined way... I did it because my dad was running like that for exercise. I thought it was fun, it was a family activity and I can look back and see how it helped me learn discipline!

  • i think if ur over weight n ur ok with it, it should be just fine, ok ppl r like icecrem. if we only had one kind it would be boring

  • haha she just nodded her head for the whole vid

  • Yeah. With computer games and TV, I can really see kids dying to go outside to dive through HOOPS like trained seals. ~_~
