The vocal melody in the choruses are the same. Compare:
HAAAANDS...Do you really wanna hold my dirty hands
MY HEAAD...what you've been doing to my head
Think of the TNV vocal transferred onto Dirty Hands. Now push the mental play button and listen to what that sounds like. Eh? I'm not necessarily implying that TNV stole it, though.
I don't really hear that much similarity to "Sugar Sugar"...drumming is a bit similar & there's the D-G-A chord progression (which isn't exactly uncommon).
