I don't remember if I cut the loading from this video. But many games have very quick loading while some are still kinda slow.

The system still loads a hell of a lot more data than most PCE CD games.

No, it's all real fmv. That was the PC-FX's specialty, which it was designed for. NEC figured that they'd be better off using prerendered 3D video instead of realtime 3D graphics.

It actually looks amazing when not filtered through YouTube.

the pc-fx had surprisingly good fmv quality, although this might not be pre-recorded FMV in the classic sense, and more like video that takes advantage of the systems ability to draw sprites, like lunar for the sega cd.
