We arrived in Dallas (May 17, 3pm), flying with Continental from NYC. We are a TV crew. One of our packages was a trypod and a light set, and all was tagged as "fragile". One of the handling employees took a look, noticed the fragile tag, and see how he reacted... Work hard, fly right?

  • Baggage handlers not treating each bag like it was the Mona Lisa is intolerable! We pay these guys great money (8.50 an hour) have them work in great conditions (snow, minus 20, heat, humidity, etc) and basically work them until they are cripples. After all that, they don't bow down and worship each bag? I can't believe it!

  • There is nothing wrong here. You wanna see what goes on inside the holds haha

  • They have to hundred hundreds and hundreds of heavy bags each day for lousy pay and you just know that they'll get screamed at if a flight gets delayed because they didn't load/unload bags fast enough.

Baggage handlers toss bags, buy and pack appropriately, dammit.

  • What a big ass cry baby u stuff the shit outta of your bag since u like recording stuff how bout u record when one of us rampers hurts our shoulder or back or knees loading your luggage in the cargo pit or from picking it up. U passengers kill me wit this crap

  • still better than the Romanian baggage handlers! :) haha

  • The only airline which you could complain to is British Airways, because they have their own baggage handlers who are employed by them and not the Airport's handling agents. I think this is the case for BA in all airports but I'm not sure

  • If you want to complain about how your bags are handled, complain to the AIRPORT. There are ground crews at each airport who handle your bags, it is not the Captain, First Officer, or any Flight Attendants' fault that you bags are mistreated. And by the way, if the flight is on time, we really don't give a rat's behind that you booked a 20 minute connection for an International flight. YES, you are going to miss your connection. Not my fault, therefore, not my problem.

  • @rotamota88 Yeah, I met my first wife their.... (;-)

  • @BorisKnoT Yes they do, try reading the description...

  • anyone who thinks this luggage was handled too harsh is a certified cry-baby, prima-donna! next time quit being so cheap and hire a private jet! Or quit complaining!

  • simple answer dont put expensive brakeables in your check in stuff, not really rocket science is it people

  • Carry on or don't fly, cry baby!
