I like your videos. I think Tim Ferriss reveals a lot about the shortcomings of conventional wisdom. In one of your videos, you made reference to the possibility of P90X kicking 4HB's ass. I think you may be right. Also, if milk upsets your stomach, drink soy milk or rice milk or any of the other varieties you have available in the west. There is no point in looking good if you feel like crap. Keep it simple, listen to your body and ignore the little man upstairs. Good luck!

Please Sweetsing, understand that I bought a digital bodyfat tester but each time I used it, it gave me a different number. The first time it read 11 and then a minute later it was 18. Without dependable readings it's pretty useless. Even my scale is undependable. And the photos I am about to post in the next few weeks are hard to compare because of different lighting conditions. I sort of don't think I am a moron but I guess it's open to interpretation.

@frenchfrye2000 Ok tard was harsh but what you are doing makes no sense. He states emphatically in the book that weight means nothing, its about body fat %. You could have gotten a trainer at your gym to do it probably for free dude. I still think you should do it. The scale means nothing. If you lose 10 lbs of fat and put on 10 pounds of muscle you're going to consider this a failure? At least you could have taken some measurements of bicep, waist and thigh.
