@Boyneedsgames My 87 turbo II only got about 5 miles to the gallon and it was almost impossible to keep the wheels from spinning like crazy once the turbo spooled up.

as for v8s. they're terribly inefficient and oversized. all that mass has to be mined out the earth with thirsty ass machines. all its complicated parts need to be machined with thirsty ass machines. and you say rotaries use more gas?

@Tj1056 Because I live in the modern day I guess? For what it's worth modern V8s are more like high 20s maybe even 30s in a light car, and you could get 20+mpg out of a small block chevy, which is more reliable, has cheaper parts, and cheaper to make more power. Rotary engines are cool and all but I just dont think they make the most sense in a street car.
