Weaving new networked cultures...

The way we communicate is changing dramatically. To fully understand the world we live in, we must understand the role that technology plays in our lives -- from how we shop to how we form our identities.

The Communication, Culture and Technology (CCT) Master of Arts program examines the relationship between changing technology and changing cultures, including research, government, media, business, and communication.

By cutting across disciplinary and institutional boundaries, students develop creative solutions to complex problems posed by new technologies; students provide new leadership by thinking differently about today's ambiguities and complexities.

We have incredibly talented, communicative, technologically minded, forward thinking, progressive, motivated and creative graduates that collectively have very diverse backgrounds and skill sets. Our graduates go on to do amazing things in so many careers and professional fields. We have alumni working in consulting, non-profit, web services, government, media relations, information technology, education, journalism and writing and even a good number that are self-employed. A lot of our graduates also decide to continue on to Ph.D. programs. Regardless of where they end up, the common thread is that they all started here, at CCT.

Come and check us out!
