Loved Bowie in concert during the 70's love Lou Reed, and enjoyed this version of the song very much.

It's only a rehearsal - he's not singing it the way he did on tour.

Stacey can't dance, but his guitar solo was great, it matched Bowie's interpretation very well.

is that the guitarist who played with lou reed in the early/mid 70's? there is a "sweet jane" video on youtube from 1974 or so and i think it's the same guitar player. anyone know?

definitley not the same guitar player - Bowie in 1976 was his first association with a rock icon.
