What can really be done to promote longevity? Modern science can tell us an increasing amount about the ageing process, understanding that process is the first step in combatting many age-related conditions. It also opens the door on ways to keep ageing at bay.

This lecture will provide the latest information on the relationship between nutrition and ageing, exercise, hormones and other science relating to ageing.
