the GXP came w/ a 6 speed auto or 6 speed manual - the auto is the same as in the GT and can handle more power than the manual, many guys have to replace the clutch (often w/ the vette ZR1 clutch) when they start making more power than stock. The car is a legit beast from the factory and only takes a little work to be REAL fast - 3.70 rear, 415 hp/tq from factory, manual tranny, LSD, 20"s, headers, hi-flo cats, intake, tune you're doing good, but a SC is just SICK!!

well...i did not know that. i only thought they had a M6. thanks for the info bro. GXP is one of the best Pontiac to come out in a very long time. i wanted one, just too much money at the time. so i went with my 07 Caddy.
