I dont actualy understand on how to do this.

Like.. What I mean is that I dont know how to add it to the gadget's & what not.. Basicly how to do it all. xD I was wondering if this was even possible now. Becouse I read in a previouse comment you were still working on it or something? D;

The first thing you should do is to go to the System Animator homepage (link on the info section), and check out the System Animator section, especially the FAQ section.

I already know about the System Animator & what not's. I probebly should have rephrased what I ment so say..

I know what to do with how to add the gadget, extract the folder's, ect ect.

The problem is I do not know how to do this exact gadget. The static picture.. When I save it to my computer, it goes not save as a gif, nor will it let me save it as a gif. It saves as a JPEG. :S Hopefuly I made my problem more clear.

What exactly were you downloading? All animated picture animations are ZIP archives. The animated preview (which consists of 2 overlapping JPEG pics) is not for download. The actual download link is right below the preview.

Well that's weird.

I see no download link when it shows up. Ive checked about 5 times now & there is no download link for me. :S There is only the picture, maybe some advertisment, & links to "sign up" or something other like that.
