Wow.... you really are dumb aren't you? There's no growth hormone?? I guess baseball players are just dumbasses too for getting 40 pounds heavier using HGH (human growth hormone) Just because one part of your argument is correct doesn't mean the whole thing is. It's cmmon knowledge tat muscle rebuilds stronger after the micro-tears occur. I thought it was also common knowledge that hormones play a huge part in muscle growth but apparently not.

the reason you where loosing size from steroid usage is because you where not considering post cycle therapy in the second month (or end of 1st cycle) you dumb fuck so naturally you loose size after abusing it the incorrect way, steroids at 18 years of age then no shit you fail

hey dude cool video!....i was wondering how much weight do you use and how many sets for each exercise do you do?.....do you go heavy untill failure with low reps or do you go light with higher weights to failure?.....please respond thanks

I use both methods. On a heavy day I warm-up and then do lifts in a range of 4-6. On light days I'll go as high as 15 reps. Either way is to failure.
