Not always true, he can stop his Ex Gauge charge pretty quickly and dodge(most of the time). With the right accessories, he can get into Ex Mode pretty quick in which in his actual Ex Mode, he becomes one of the best characters.

My main actually are Warrior of Light and Gabranth :D. I wish Gabrath had a at least ONE non-ex hp attack

i know this is an old post but that is not true of it not being online... only if you have a ps3 and a wired connection you can play FFdissdia online with other people using Adhoc party downloaded for free through the ps3 store. from there you can connect into rooms and find people to play against. i dont have first hand experience using it because it doesnt work with a wifi internet connection.
