Challenges can be done in any order, so if one is too tough do a few others first and get some upgrade points. Also, you can reallocate upgrade points if a tower or 2 are not available in a challenge.

One of the easiest challenges. Set-up shown here is very effective, just 3 more hints:

1) Don't upgrade the barracks - it's not about strength here, but rather about numbers. So keep 'em lvl 1.

2) Upgrade the archers to lvl 2 (one upgrade) only, but all of them.

3) Don't use the meteors at the top of the screen, use them at the very bottom, this way your burn effect kills both streams of foes and not only the bits that reach the end.

Bested it in the first try without any problems.

@JBehnen Agreed. Only modification I made from your strat was to switch the barracks with the archers to their left, for better coverage on the choke point. Soldiers can still be placed in the same location.

It took me 7 tries to beat this one. I'm glad I finally did it, but I feel like a loser for losing so much when everyone else here said it was so easy... :(
