If you have any experience with old cars you know what mysteries await you. Wiring is usually the area of worst offense but the fuel system can sometimes not be far behind. Replacing a dead fuel pump with whatever is available and then adapting it to those funny British threaded lines is a chore. Just cut them off and there you have it. But when you want to bring it back to original, how do you do it. Moss is here to show you how.

  • My son has a 240z with a 280 engine that had hi output fuel pump and pressure regulator. We replaced that set up with the facet fuel pump shown in this video and the car is much happier.

  • @T3Benji NO Way....My Friend .......

  • throw the British car away

  • Are you Italian? Man, the hands are really irritating. Is this REALLY a Moss Motors vid? They usually have cooler vids. I guess everyone has a bad day. Yes, it was informative, irritating but informative.

  • This year I've seen that repeating lesson, summarized as the analogous difference between impedance and resistance in electrical circuits. Here it is again, in a liquid dynamic system.

  • this is great because it also applies to my car a datsun 240z and my 260z. The hitachi SU is really similar to british SU. My 260z had an electric fuel pump and mechanical, i think the electric ran 3-4psi. My electric fuel pump gave out so I bypassed it and used only the mechanical pump.
