Three Young Gursikhs Die Saving Each Other in Sept 06.

Satvir Singh 17

Harvinder Singh 15

Tajinder Singh 21

Satvir Singh was unable to swim but they only went to bathe in the water. The other two took him along and they went with their arms locked. Satvir was in the middle, with Harvinder Singh on one side, and Tajinder Singh on the other.. They had a lot of love for each other. In one area of the lake, theres a 18-20 feet drop. So whilst they were walking, its like the ground just disappeared beneath their feet. They were unable to recover from the slip and tried desperately to save each other - Harvinder and Tajinder were trying to save Satvir from drowning and wouldnt leave him. When their bodies were recovered by the rescue teams, they said they found them at the bottom still with their arms locked with each other. Gurjant Singh was also another gursikh who jumped in to help save the singhs. While in the water, fighting for his life, he heard a voice say 'its not your time yet, you have still got alot of simran to do', and then he had a big push up by Gursikh Sardaar Satvir Singh Jee and he was out of the water, a singh who could swim went in and grabbed a hold of whatever he could, the Singh who had been pushed up had long hair, and so the Singh who dived in got a hold of his hair an pulled him out by his hair, the Singh's hair saved his life!!! Hair is kirpa, Guru Jee's kirpa.

  • loss of gursikhs from sikh world is great loss becoz it takes long one to become Gursikh.manmukhs r in thousands but gursikhs r tiny n each loss is great....but then again guru needs his beloved close to him...This thought gives a relief that these 3 gursikhs r at the feet of their beloved Waheguru...Sat Naam WaheGuru......
