  • Hi. that video is awesome. I am a high school video production and film teacher in Gilbert, AZ and I would love to get a copy of this original footage if you have it. My students are producing a western film and they need a shot of a steam train. Let me know if you might be able to help.

    Thanks.

  • Send me your email address and I will contact you offline and I'll see what I can do for you.

  • Why? Let's cut up some Peugeots and Yugos instead, EVERYBODY hates those. Let the poor steamies alone. At one time steam locomotives, numbered in the tens of thousands. Less than 200 survive for ours and future generations to appreciate and learn from. Steam is not dead! Ask any boilermaker's union member!!!!

  • Music, and ruin the music of two steam loco's... Never...

  • @Cockroach2008 @Cockroach2008 Gross polluters? Well dude, you might as well post these comments on vids of volcano eruptions, since one major volcano eruption spews more green house gases an 100 years of the USA spittin fumes. If you have this kinda bad takes against steam locomotives then be an equal opportunity hater.

  • What a great sound.!!

  • i saw that the GrandCanyonRR 50th anniversary this year in 2009 and if your 50th birthday is this year also, you get a free ride the week before or after your birthday on this fine RR line

  • Steam Operation did return for their 20th Anniversary. But it was a one day only event.

  • If you havent found out by now, the steam operation supposedly started again in September.

  • well if there not running steam, then i am not visiting the canyon this year, will just have to change plans
