Gary would serve 6 months in the UK - but 60 years in the US. That is utterly disproportionate.
The US military were lazy.
They installed pc's with no passwords at all.
You cannot say that he's Unauthorised.... when there is no authorisation mechanism in place.
Yes, he's accessed the US military - but a 6 year old could have - as it had no passwords.
